After ten days of workshop, rehearsal, and exploration as part of the Coffey Street Studio Artist Initiative’s Artist Residency, the team behind Berlindia, a new play by Daniel Holzman will gather to present excerpts of the work and discuss the challenges of writing about the modern family and staging the unstagable. Joining playwright Daniel Holzman and director Noah Latty, will be members of their acting company, and moderator Isaac Butler (author of The Method: How the 20th Century Learned to Act; winner of the National Book Critics Circle Award for Non-Fiction) with special guests (tbc). We hope to see you at what promises to be a wonderful, engaging and interactive evening of entertainment and ideas.
